Before you choose.
What does risk-free mean?
Every paid plan is risk-free for 14 days. Pro on monthly billing starts with a 14-day free trial: nothing is charged until it ends, and you can cancel in Settings before then. Starter, Agency, every yearly plan, and Pro if you've had a trial before start paid, with a full refund from Settings within 14 days of your first payment. Each person can have one refund.
When does the trial end?
14 days after you start it, and we email you 3 days before. The trial includes 1 fix; Pro's 5 fixes a month start with your first charge. If you keep Pro, the first charge of $149 is taken that day. Cancel in Settings before then and nothing is charged: your workspace moves to Free and your reports stay. The trial is the risk-free part, so the charge that follows it isn't refunded.
How do I cancel?
In Settings → Billing, with no email to anyone. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for, then your workspace moves to Free. Until that day, you can resume it with one click.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
It stays. Your reports, brands and history are kept on Free, and they're there if you come back. Weekly runs, fixes and alerts stop when the plan ends, while the check of your top questions carries on. Brands beyond Free's 1 brand pause with all their data kept.
What is the daily check?
Knownwise asks your top 5 questions on ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews and compares each answer with the check before. On every paid plan the check runs every day, beside the weekly full run. On Free, the check runs every day for 14 days after your first report, then once a week. Once a week it emails you what changed with one thing to do, and in between it writes only when a big change holds for two days. If you stop opening those emails, it slows to once a month, and the Weekly check switch in Settings turns it off.
Can I change plans or add brands later?
Yes, in Settings → Billing. Upgrades and added brands apply right away, and you pay the difference for the rest of your billing period. Downgrades and fewer brands take effect at the end of the period, and you choose which brands keep running. You see the exact amount before you confirm. Starter includes 1 brand; Pro and Agency sell extra brands at $39 and $29 a month each.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for a year up front and get 2 months free: Pro is $1,428 a year, $360 less than paying monthly. You can switch from monthly to yearly in Settings at any time, and the unused part of your month is credited. Yearly plans start paid, with the same full refund within 14 days.
What counts as a brand?
One company or product you track, usually one website. Each brand has its own questions, competitors and weekly runs. Starter includes 1 brand, Pro 3 brands and Agency 10 brands, and Pro and Agency can add more. Agencies usually track one brand per client.
What is MCP?
MCP (the Model Context Protocol) lets AI clients like Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor connect to Knownwise, so you can ask about your visibility from the assistant you already use. Every plan can read its data this way. From Starter up you can also make changes, run checks and start runs, and Pro and Agency can request fixes.
